The Vampire Bat

Another gem from my young poet (L-ML), written especially for those who like to be
scared by Halloween activities:

The Moon that howls,
The dark at night,
Here comes the vampire bat’s bite.

The jaws that clitch,
The claws that catch,
Here comes the terrifying vampire bat.

The wings that spread,
The voice that’s light,
The vampire bat is coming…
